License Plate Attachment

Am I just loosing it or are the square holes for the license plate attachment clips on the '63 Dart smaller than later cars.... The clips I have don't fit.

Yes there are different sizes. I found the right ones at a True Value Hardware store.
They have the bins in the loose nut & bolt section. Maybe you will get lucky.

FYI, go to a well stocked Ace Hardware. They are 1/4" x 1/4" with tiny #8 screws and the box tag says "Chrysler" so these were only a Chrysler size I guess!
