List of hoses to replace for sitting 225

Howdy,
1st post -- hope I'm doing this right.
Picking up a 64 Valiant tomorrow that has been sitting in a garage for 10 years. Trying to get ahead of things and order hoses / lines that need replacing.

Can someone help with a list of pieces that need to be switched out?

I'm on top of draining / replacing fluids, pulling valve covers for gunk... Any suggestions very welcome

2. Assess as you go

3. Easy wins are anything external rubber, ESPECIALLY if it is hard or brittle
- Upper/lower radiator
- Water pump hose (there is a short one underneath
- Heater hoses
- Fan belt
- fuel lines
- fuel filter
- vacuum hoses
- air cleaner
