Liver and gallbladder care

-
I had 2 go rounds with my gall bladder. One in 2018 and the last one in 2022. In 2022, I had a gall stone hung up in a bile duct. They did an endoscopy and went thru my stomach, down the intestine and hung a right into the bile duct and fished it out. A week later my gall bladder was removed. The PA that assisted the surgeon called me to follow up the next week, and she said she had never seen a gall bladder that was that bad still in one piece. I've felt so much better since that thing has been gone it ain't even funny! I eat what I want and have no troubles. Some stuff just quickens my step faster than others to go have a seat. I was a one good time a day guy before it came out, now I go multiple times per day with less output. No squirts but can't trust a fart and don't take any chances...lol.

My gallbladder busted open 10-5-05 .. I spent 21 days in ICU and 36 total in hospital , I have a 13 inch scar to remind me ..

don't know why I didn't die my doctor said it should of killed me

It just wasn't your time. Kinda like my bout with mine in 2018. I had a crazy blood infection that put me in the hospital for 2 weeks. It took them a week and a half to figure it out. It was called Klebsiella. They determined that I had passed a gall stone thru a bile duct, which caused a tear, which let the klebsiella germ we all have on our digestive system into my blood stream. I pretty much had one foot in the grave and the other one on a banana peel for a few days also until they figured it out. When the next go round came in 2022, they didn't play. They yoinked that nasty ol sucker outta there!
Gall bladder trouble ain't no joke. A former girlfriend from my teen years died from her gall bladder bursting in her late 20's. R.I.P. Anna :(
