I am starting to replace my quarters on my 74 swinger and I was planing on getting the LO23 template. My question is how much of the outer wheelhouse is removed? My outer wheelhouse has rust on the lip and I'm wondering if I will just luck out and cut it off. I am planning on tubing the rear end and I might just run the tubs to the quarter itself.

What is the LO23 template?
LO23 was the option code for the '68 HemiDart. The template is for cutting the rear wheel opening to mimic the look of the HemiDart.
In answer to the original question, you can buy a template from a real LO23 HemiDart from Bill Reilly at RMS (www.reillymotorsports.com). If the rust is on the top of the stock Dart wheel opening, you'll probably lose it when you cut the new opening. Don't know if you'll get it or not if the rust is on the front or rear of the stock opening.
