Location of Blinkers on the fenders.

I ask this question before and got an answer but it had disappeared somewhere on my computer and the responder deleted the pics.

Where are the fender blinkers located on the fender ?

I am thinking around 6 inches from the front of the fender, centered.

I read that this was supposed to be grounded bet rubber is everywhere and it only has one wire.

Will this work ?

They are grounded through the screw that holds it to the fender
Will go measure my 73 Duster with factory fender mounted turn signals for ya and post back with pics
