Okay guy's, lubricating my kickdown with the little tool helped a lot with my stiff pedal. Thanks to all who helped. In repairing this I noticed that when I push my pedal to the floor, it does not open my throttle all the way. When I have someone get in and push it to the floor, I can push my throttle arm back quite a ways with my hand and the butterflies open up more in the carb. My cables get all loose and soft in between the carb bracket and the throttle arm, like there is too much slack. Do I have too much lokar cable. my adjusting nuts are all the way out, with no threads showing. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Re-adjust the carb end of the cable. loosen the allen set screw, turn your adjusters back in to give you more adjustability, and then re-set and re-tighten the cable end with the allen set screw.
You'll likely need to lop off a little bit of the cable.

Okay on both, Thanks! On my throttle arm I have 2 holes. One on top and closer towards the firewall, which is the one I am using and one lower which I am not. I will try the cable to. Thanks!

Just use the attached diagram for throttle arm reference. it should be attached to the hole closest to the real large hole.
