Alright I was looking around my 70 Chrysler that I finally got home a few days ago and had time to look at it and pick through a lil bit. In the glove box... get this... has the very first oil change and up to 1978 oil changes in the glove box on stickers. It also has in the glove box... when they did the tune up (plugs, wires, filter, etc). It also has the amount of miles on it when it had the tune up. When I popped the trunk I noticed that on the lid it has the " How to use your car jack" sign up. I havent dug the back seat out yet but that is my next plan to see if it still ahs the build sheet. Lots and lots of history and storys behind this car and the best part.... unrestored ( but repainted :angry4: even through its close to the same blue) all the trim and panels are there just a lil rust and some cancer (about the size of a quater) needs a lil fitting and interior work and she will be done... unbelieveable price for such a nice c-body. Also... gave an appraiser the VIN number... he said it could be a 300 that was a somewhat prototype for the Hurst edition... dunno about that but hey... if it is... would be a sweet sweet unbelieveable car. Hate to put this on this wedsite but hey... thought it was pretty cool.

No pics just yet but I will get you some no worries. A Chrysler 300 is a C-body that was well... a huge boat. If you know what a 1970 Plymouth Fury looks like that is about as close as it gets. Yea, you can say its like a New Yorker kinda just a lil bigger and different. 300's weigh around 4000+lbs and most came with a 440 and 727 automatic trans. I am not an expert on them yet but I love C-bodys almost as much as A-bodys... almost!
