lookin for a Door hinge 74 Dart. Will A 4 door Hinge work on a two door

I am in need of a drivers side door lower hinge for my two door 74 Dart 318 SE. Someone may have one for me but it's off a four door. Will it Fit? If not I will pay right price Plus shipping or pick it up in bay area. In Richmond, CA (East Bay) Staygold711
