looking for a complete aftermarket heater/ac assembly. cant find one for my 70 dart

As the title states...
cant find one for my dart.
rebuilding mine seems like such a headache... i just want to bolt it in.. ill save money if i have to.

Classic Auto Air makes a "Perfect Fit" retrofit system to add A/C to a non-A/C car using the original heater controls and dash vents. Don't know the exact details, but look into it. This is listed in the Classic Industries catalog.

As I re-read your post, maybe your original box already has A/C? I'm sure there are places that will rebuild it for you.

Do you have a link? I looked through their site but couldn't find a complete kit.
and yes its an a/c car. Who does that sort of thing? Rebuilding the heater box.
I have the compressor, condenser, but they look soooo old and decrepit.

You could look up this thread. This guy sent his unit to be rebuilt by Classic Auto Air. So not only do they sell new components, they also rebuild old ones.

As far as the Classic Industries catalog, I don't have a link. I just looked it up in their hard-copy catalog.

you can also put a old style hotrod heater in it , if ur just wanting heat and defrost. --jegs--speedway--ebay. I just got thru running the hoses to mine.

Yeah I'm not looking for original nessacerily.
I just want heat and to be able to run a/c again
