Looking for a Denso alt 90A IR

I know this has been beat to death and I'll probably get flamed for starting it up again but here goes. I want to install a 90A+, internally regulated alternator, preferably Denso or similar case so I can use my existing /6 bracket. I have searched for 5 hours, here, slantsix.org, allpar, google, etc, trying to find what cars/trucks/vans these may have been on. I can find Denso/Bosch/clone externally regulated OR I can find internally regulated in a SB/BB/GM case but have been unable to find what I'm looking for. I just want to find the make/model they went on so I can hit the junk yards. I have a local old guy that can rebuild any alternator, starter, radiator, etc. Can anybody help me out?
