Yup, Stock Interiors, and Newstalgia Parts come to mind.

Looks like Newstalgia offers the bare version so you can add your own material.

Headliner fabric is pretty cheap if you go for basic, something like $10 bucks a yard and a $10 can of 3m adhesive. Might be worth the $125 off.
