Yes he asked to be banned from the site so after a lengthy discussion . His request was granted. I agree very knowledge.

OK I thread was shut down he started another that was shut down and giving a warning not to start a third . He started another. And replied don't give me time off ban me. so I responded suicide by moderator.??? Why not just leave . Nope started another thread same topic. So I accommodated him. Didn't want to. It was his choice.

No he's not, actually. Frank is a super good guy. Give you the shirt off his back type. He was having a bad month. He kept having difficulties getting on the site and it kinda mushroomed from there. There was enough misunderstanding on both sides to get the job done.

Common sense would be not to ban him but let him come back on his own somewhere down the line. I’m sure some things were said on both sides that should have been taken with a grain of salt. As we all know that just being a moderator the power goes to their head. Of course I don’t have all the answers either.
Exactly. However I posted the reason why. He kept starting another post one right after the other that was just deleted.
It was a post to just cause arguments nothing constructive.
We talked in private I told him I was going to just give him time off if he continued. He had just came back from a time out He said just ban me.
I tried to talk him down. As Rusty posted he was having a bad time. I don't know that .it seemed crazy to me to ban him. In hindsight maybe I should have given him another time out .
I liked his posts he did contribute alot of positives to the site.

I did not know that he was banned. He is a very nice man and very down to earth when I had a dealling with him.
The back story.
I sold him a 72 Dart grille. When he received it the box was crushed and the Grille and head light rims were damaged. I offered to refund him and he said not to worry about it . He repaired the grille but the rims were destroyed. He told me if I ever get another set let him know. One year later I got another 72 with good rims. He drove pretty far and came to my house and got replacements. he would not take them for free.
He spent some time here and I got to know him, Very nice man and a sad loss to the site. Sorry to here he's gone. Maybe a decision could be made one day to reinstate him if he ever wants to come back.

Suicide by cop. In real world terms. I gave him more then enough chances stay. i just honored his request.
