ive been trying to find production numbers on my old mans 1970 duster

i dont have the vin present, or the fender tag...but heres a brief discription

1970 duster
factory white ext, black 340 stripe, black interior
num match 340-3spd std, bench seat
production date is mid to late 69

one thing that is wierd is some of the options on the build sheet and fender tag

the car has lower rocker chrome, thicker, and from what i have researched, the spacific chrome trim im talking about came out first in the 1971 duster. the build sheet called for this spacific trim package from the 1971 dusters, on a 1970 car, now i could see if the car was dated mid 70 pro date, but its mid 69 pro date.

also, in canada, most 340-3spd cars i have seen were 90% buckets...this car has a bench

ive done alot of research and the trim first came out in 1971.

is there a site where i can find just spacific production numbers for a certin drivetrain and ext color?

thanks

Try to get in contact with Galen Govier. He is the numbers guy for Mopars. I am sure there are others, but he is one that always comes to mind.
Good Luck
