The reason I am into mopar is the stories my dad told me when I was growing up about his 69 roadrunner. Anyway, I would like to either find his car (doubtful) or find one exactly like it. My goal is to find a car, restore it if need be and surprise him with it!

Of course it is the most odd color combo. Here is the configuration:

1969 Road Runner
383*
4 speed
L1 Sand pebble beige with a saddle brown vinyl roof
Two tone brown interior with black carpet
I am in the process of getting the vin from a previous owner.

Last seen in 1980 in North West Iowa or Southwest Minnesota.

Has anyone seen a comparable car to this?

Wow! Would you believe.... I had a car Identical to that car in the early 90's BUT it was a bench seat column automatic! I bought it out of a compound where it had been sitting for a number of years. I sold it to a guy who painted it Vit-C ornage and took the v-top off. I never thought I would see another in that combo!
I am up in Canada (Winnipeg) Best of luck finding the old car.... If I still had mine I would offer it to you.. I have the Vin# and a copy of the build sheet still...wow cool!
