Mine is old and over due for an upgrade. Everything other than master is new. Is there a descent aftermarket over bore master for manual brakes that will help stop w less pedal pressure? If so, brand? Thanks for any help.

I don't know what you mean by "over bore" -- the bore size in a master cylinder doesn't have anything to do with stopping power. It mostly affects pedal effort. If the car won't stop the problem is something not working properly.

First thing we need to know is, drum or disk?

Car stops like a manual drum brake car. Master is original and leaks a little out of the cover. Just looking to upgrade. Easier pedal would be fine. Wasn't sure if bigger bore master applies more pressure or just decreased pedal effort. Not sure if aluminum 1 1/8 bore master is a good upgrade or not? Rest of the brakes are new.
