There was a set on Ebay that ended today. I was outbid at the last minute. They went for $67.00 for 2. If you go on the trans dapt website you can find them there also.
 
Spooky...I just got through placing my order from Fred at WheelAdapter.com. There was your post at the top of the page. I ordered one so I could use it to check for clearance and deciding on what size and style of rims to get. $85 including shipping, adapter is 1.25 inches thick. Kinda pricey like most everything is these days. Also, sometimes you see the adapters on ebay and even from members on this site. I'm sure other members on hear will chime in. Good luck!
