I'm in the middle of considering going from an aftermarket shop to a dealer. I've always heard good things about dealers, better pay, better flate rate times for jobs, etc. I don't know anyone who personally works at a dealer and i know they are all different but i was wondering if anyone had any firsthand experience and whether or not it would be worth the risk. Thanks in advance!
