lower control arm help needed

I just receice few parts like

qa1 adjustable strut rod
qa1 upper control arm

now I would like to instal them but never
remove the lower arm on any A body and
dont know the correct way to do it right

I know I need to remove the lower control arm
but how do I do it right

by removing the lower control arm to install the strut
I would replace the bushing

wish one should I buy

if you have pics or even better a vids the way to remove the arm and the bushing
that will help me alote

here is how I did it -

remove strut rod nut w/ pin
remove nut on back of strut rod
remove nut on control arm
release tension on torsion bar
remove torsion bar
slide LCA back
remove strut rod
install is reverse of install

measure the stock rod and start there on the dynamics (QA1's)

FYI the QA1's move the front wheel forward thru the travel so keep that in mind with the tire size..
