lower control arm paint

Hey guys, I am in the process of restoring some LCA's, soon I will epoxy them and then paint.
My question is that i want to mimic the cosmoline look but with paint instead of cosmoline.
Can anyone recommend a off the shelf (home depot or Lowes) paint that will give me the look Im after?

Shoot it with Seymours Stainless steel for a base then use this over it and make it blotchy. They make an orange'ish color as well that I would use if under the hood but for LCA you can see them that close so the yellow is good enough.
