Just after cleaning and flexing i found some small holes in the quarter panel drivers side. It's in the lower section.
Who knows if repair sheet metals for this section are available or who has one?
I think i've to cut out the bad part and weld in a new one.

Not available in Germany :-((

thx JAN

well you can cut out the section and weld a piece in, I believe most reproduction panels are 18 gauge? not sure I just know its alot thinner than stock. I would also paint over from the body curve down.

1963-65 Plymouth Valiant or Barracuda:
New Die Stamped Quarter panel patch panels. Correct gauge thickness - Made in the USA - not Taiwan Junk. We have two versions available. The first is the wheel well patch - covers the entire wheel lip area with 3" additional sheetmetal all the way around - square cut. The second is the patch behind the wheel well lip (covers the first 6" of the wheel lip itself as well) to the rear valance panel. Goes up to just past the body curve in the panel that is a little above the rear bumper level.

40" long by 19-1/2" tall. Dead center of arch to top of panel is 7" in heigth.

These panels are in stock on the shelf here in the warehouse and are ready to ship out.

Thanks,
Rick

Is the wheel well patch both underneath and the outside or just the outside

What website/who made the patch panels? I have been looking for a long time with no real luck, i did find out at 1 point nos made whole rear quartes for the 63 valiant. So who makes these?
