Lower Radiator Hose Question??????

I have a 360 in a 72 dart with the V8 stock radiator. I purchased a lower hose and its way off, is there something I'm missing or do I just need to trim the hose? I've checked 2 different parts stores both have the same hose. Please help!

I just replaced mine, same car, you have to cut to fit. mine had lines on the hose. I cut the end that goes onto the radiator and it fit fine. Don't leave it too long or it will kink the bend and slow down the flow.

Yep, I had to cut some off the end going into the radiator on mine.
