Outlet tube has a small 1/4" ding on bottom of tube that prevents a good seal to radiator hose. No real good way to access it from top or bottom to try and hammer it out. Any other way to prevent the small drip that is driving me crazy....?

use a pipe expander like they use on exhaust pipes. You might be able to get one online for a reasonable price.

Find something that fits inside it, like a socket.

Gently twist in back & forth while applying light pressure.

Go up a size or two in diameter if / as needed.

Use a deep well socket with an extension in it for a handle if needed.

Take your time.

Thanks to all for the replies. Soon as the weather gets above 40, I'll give it a try. I'll try the socket approach first, but not sure room permits. If not I'll give the JB Weld or RTV a go. Thanks again.
