7/16 if they are still the original small bolt pattern.

7/16 x 20 Right hand thread for passenger side and Left hand thread for drivers side hard to find that left hand thread

Not sure what style lugs for American racing wheels but you can check jegs.com
They have a left & right hand lug nut by crager that works on my Centerline wheels.
Lot of people switch out the left hand threaded wheel studs for the common right hand wheel studs. The original cars I have seen, the wheel studs have a "L" staped on the end of it so you can tell its left hand thread.
