Haven't had the motorcycle out or even running yet this year (Farming and Kids takes up all my time) and I decided I would give it a tune up. Well, when changing spark plugs one of them broke off in the head....All I could think about was having to take it to the shop and how much it was going to cost to take the head off. But I have a MAC extractor set and thought I would try that but didn't have much faith in being able to get it out. I put the extractor in the hole and I couldn't believe it the plug screwed right out. Needless to say I was extremely pleased.

I have a set of those. My buddy has a 1936 Dodge, he had a plug rust in the flat head and snap off like that. I loaned him my set and they removed the rest of the plug easily.

I've got a big set of those style extractors (and they DO come in handy)...
But I'll bet you could have stuck a nice tapered straight screw driver in there and spun it right out... Just a couple of light taps to set it in...
Just sayin', once the plug broke off, there wasn't any load on the threads.
I mean, that's not some ancient POS, with years of corrosion.
