Since one side is quiet and one is noisy there sure seems to be a problem there. Is the drivers side oiling? Did this just happen at once or has it always done it since you've had the engine?
I have a manual fuel pump, but its had two pumps on it (one was leaky) and is still ticking. Both sides are oiling fine, and there's no evidence of cracked rockers, I believe.
And now I have a significant misfire at about 1500RPM.
