I packed these in the shed and forgot about them. Had someone request a shipping quote and dig them back out. I would like to sell them instead of packing them away again. My last for sale thread got closed.
I bought these heads thinking I could possibly have them fixed and use them on my 5.9 magnum swap. But I found a great deal on a set of Hughes EQ heads instead. I bought these heads from a guy that was selling off his deceased fathers hoard of parts. He didn't know any history on them. One of the rocker mounts is broke off. The threads extend pretty far into the head past the break. So i figured a longer stud/bolt could be used and then possibly use a rocker girdle to strengthen it all up just in case. Some of the holes have been helicoiled and repaired. I'm not sure what kind of valve train or excessive spring pressure issues he had going on to cause the problems. There aren't any springs, retainers, or keepers. Just the pair of heads, stock valve covers and valves that came from them. I do have the stock set of magnum heads from my 5.9 and can include all of the the springs and retainers from those if wanted. Located in Oklahoma City. I would prefer local pickup but will ship. Asking $300 OBO shipping was quoted around $140 to ship them to Florida from Oklahoma.
