anybody use a set of the magnum truck heads on an older LA engine. i got a 74 318 im gonig to redo, and make a 390 stroker out of it. i heard good things about the magnum castings. flow is better than 340 X castings higher rocker ratio than the older heads, i can get a set for $100 in good shape. is this a good deal, what else do i have to swap to make them work besides the pushrods, and intake manifold. will my stock exh manifolds ofr A body headers fit the exhaust patttern?

Their well known for cracking between the valves and letting water in. Better off with some aftermarket iron heads.
