mainfold gaskets

As recommended on the forum I 'm using remflex gaskets. The gaskets also came with the square one with the 3 bolt holes , that go between the the mainifolds. It looks like the original metal one has some kind of heat deflector on it, the one from remflex is just a gasket, although a good one. Which one should I use the metal, or graphite, thanks in advance, Jim

i wish I had the remflex when i could not get that damn thing to seal... i dont know the condition of your but i bet its a pia to seal up...
