Looks good, only two minor comments

You want the thing as deep as you can get it, without interfering with the front area of the engine, for good airflow out of the core and through the fans

There's no real need to make it of aluminum. your choice, but I could weld the corners of a steel one but not aluminum. Shop welding rates 'specially for 'luminum get big pretty quick. Spot welding the corners of a steel one at the shop takes no time at all.

A guy can conceivably bend this up himself with a home built brake or even some angle iron, vise, and clamps
