Hi guys - I decided on a by-pass fuel system and therefore do not need this new regulator. It came with my Mallory 140 pump, and is new/un-used.
Here is what Mallory has to say about it:
"Properly manage your fuel pressure and prevent carburetor flooding with Mallory’s most efficient non-bypass fuel pressure regulator (4 to 12 psi). These tough anodized 6061-T6 aluminum regulators feature two 3/8” NPT outlet ports, and are designed with high-flow fuel passages. With a superior corrosion resistant coating and seals, these are intended for Marine use, but are also fine for automotive applications, and are suitable for gasoline or alcohol/methanol fuels."
Looking into the difference between the Marine and standard reg's, I find that the Marine has a corrosion resistent finish and better seals, but the internals are identical. The std reg is $100 vs $130 for the Marine unit... which I suppose is a fair price.
Mine is your's for $75 + shipping.
