Thinking with going with the Mallory unilight on my 360. I had one on my 72 scamp with a 318. worked great, but that was 12 years ago. Any body have any thoughts? I was reading a different post about the vaccum and non vaccum. I was going to go with the non vaccum. Let me know what you guys think.

I got one last year for my 340 (non vac) and love it

I go non- vacuum also but I hear that unilight does not fire some boxes-like MSD as good as the magnetic type. I think Mallory makes some that are magnetic but not for Mopars.

If your car is basically a street car go with one with vacuum advance, it will help with fuel economy.

I am currently running a Mopar Performance billet distributor that my son picked up for me, it does not have vacuum advance and I lost about 2 mpg. The MP billet distributor is made by Mallory and uses the Mallory adjustable advance mechanism (reqal easy to set up) with a standard mopar type magnetic pick-up, rotor and cap.
