Manifold height

I just built a 360 to put into my 71 Duster340. The question I have is what is the max. height that the intake manifold can to be to fit under the stock hood?
I plan on running Flowtech headers with this along with a 727 column shift so I might lose a little here.

Unless you are going to put a tunnel ram on it, I don't think you'll have any worries. If you are wondering about clearance from the hood to air cleaner, take a piece of string and tape it from one fender (where the hood bumper are), to the other (over the carb). This should be the max height your air cleaner can be.

No problem. Others might chime in on this as well, but this is how I checked for air cleaner/hood clearance on my car. Good luck.
