I finally completed my scarebird disk brake conversion on my 64 Dart Wagon. I am using a 15/16 master cylinder and stock 9 inch rear drums with an adjustable proportional valve plumbed directly inline from the master cylinder to the rear brakes. The master has the built in residual pressure valve. The rears are all new and so is the rear brake hose. The system has been bled and the pedal will hold without dropping.

I tested brake pressure at the front calipers and I got 1000psi with the pedal about 4 inches off the floor. I have 1350 psi and the pedal is about 3 inches off the floor. I have 1000 psi in the rear at 4 inches off the floor and 1300 at 3 inches off the floor. I have not adjusted the rear pressure yet.

I am going to drive it tomorrow for the first time since the brakes have been completed. I am wondering if I have enough brake pressure?

Took it out for a drive yesterday stops pretty good. I have a hub that has a warp in it, replacing that this weekend.
