Manual Steering Clumn Help

How hard is it to replace a PS column with a manual steered column floor shifted? Is it hard to find a manual steering box and is it worth it? I want to give my automatic car a floor shift but i have o luck finding a PS floor shifted column. THANKS!

I already had manual steering, however I think you shouldn't have too many problems finding one...The hard part is finding a floor shift...and depending what's on the column. I had to wait about a year looking around "my own area". My ignition is on the dash, so I found it more difficult to find a clean one with only a turn signal. As well, becouse it was from a PS unit, I had to take it apart to make it extend for a manual box. Mine was in excellent shape for 70.00 CND. Hope this helps.
