I was gonna go with manual brakes, but my local U-pick it junkyard just got in an 80 diplomat, definitely garage kept and grandma driven with ultra low miles (and smashed in the rear). The engine compartment is immaculate. I had read the power booster and later master cylinder are good for us, although a firewall adapter is necessary. Does anyone have experience with this? Can I assume the brake lines are the same size and thread to work on the disk prop valve I pulled from a 74 duster. Last question is do I need to worry the master cylinder won't push enough fluid? I have the 11 3/4 disk brackets from a Cordoba and 11" drum setup for the rear.

I really wanna get the whoa together before I start on the go...

thanks guys...I really appreciate any info you can provide...

Sorry I dont have an answer for you but rather a question. Do you now if 11 inch backing plates and drums from a 1987 8.25 rear dif will fit on a 69 8.75. I noticed that you had 11 in rear drums and was wondering what you used for the swap.
