[Found!] Master cylinder spacer

Im looking for the complete spacer assembly located between the master cylinder and the brake booster. Hope you can help.

I know this is a little late, but I have one from a '73 Swinger (not sure if it's the midland booster or not, it's a factory front disc car). I can take a picture if you still need it.
