Measurement between center of wheel well trunk floor

Hey everybody, just got done putting minitub wheel wells in a 74' Swinger. There is no trunk floor anymore, nor will a stock trunk pan go back in, so I need to double check the in and out of the wheel wells before I burn them in.

The width of the stock trunk floor is fine, unless you have a better way to accurately measure:

Cool I'm at 53 1/4" if I spread out any more it starts distorting the 'C' pillar connection. I'm gonna fly it. I tossed the quarter panel to see how the fit was, and at this point it looks good. I have a feeling these cars production tolerances varied widely anyway.
