ok how do you tell when you adjust your valves weather your tight or just right . the feeler gauge has to have some drag on it am I right but not to much right my ? is what is to tight an what is just right ???? i have the procedure down pat but just can not seam to get the same feel for each of them .

get a little oil on ur feeler guage then it wont actually be rubbing on bare metal

Really, for most instances, as long as you can pull the feeler out you're OK. You're mnot going to be more than .001 tight if you can pull it out. after you've done it you'll develop that feel for when its perfect, though.
