Yesterday, I just crossed the border into Tijuana on my way back home to La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico from my annual road trip north ('72 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus). Today (half way home), when I checked into a motel, I found that earlier today (Sept. 19) another tragic earthquake struck Mexico City on the same exact date as the 8.0 quake that hit in 1985. Those poor people. I am far enough away to have been spared the misery.
