Forgot to ask, my milk chocolate oil after cranking a new engine, could the color also be causd by running the oil pump/drill priming tool for an extended time and maybe it aerated the oil?

If you think about it, running the engine doesn't aireate the oil.
The only thing that turns oil to milk chocolate is moisture!
I would spend the time and money to change the oil and the filter, prime it again, and if you have the same problem, you have a problem.
Think positive, might just have been something in the oil passages and you have flushed it out. New oil might be all you need.
Good luck!

yes white moly grease and oil will make it look funky brown.
change the filter and oil and it will be good to go. I still change my oil the third time after 5 hours of run time, But that was back in the day.:-D

try to check the coolant level to see if the motor uses any, i have seen head gaskets put on upside down causing coolant to seep into the oil, hopefuly this is not the case tho
