mini tub help!!!!

So the stock fenderwells where moved over by the previous owner. He destroyed the half that you move over to the inside. I know summit sells wheel housings and so on but what can i do/install and keep my back seat

Get a couple of wheelhouses and cut them up to replace the junk parts. Sort of like starting fresh from where the house was cut towards the middle of the car.
