OK Guys,
Its hanging.
all links are 1.5"with a poly bushing at the frame end and a Hyme joint at the axle.
After we hung it and put the wheels on it, the strangest thing happened the axle grew 2". I swear when I mocked it up I had 1" between the tires and the outer fender. Now I have nothing!
Soooo, Ill drop it back out and do sheet metal surgery. Im sure I can come up with at least 3/4" when all is said and done.
