molded valve cover breather to air cleaner hose part number?

I'm trying to get a molded hose that goes from the oem valve cover breather to the air cleaner on a 1972 thru 1974 340 or 360 engine, do they still make them?, help please.

I ended up going to the auto parts store and they sell a heater hose- 5/8” id.
One leg is like 5” then it 90 degrees and has a 24” long section. It cut down works perfect. It cost like $6.00 and you cannot tell the difference. It has held up to the breather oil perfectly. Mine even has the small rib running down the side like the factory. Again sorry no part number just a universal molded heater hose.

I believe it was Napa. I’ve also bought one at Advanced auto.

28466. Gates molded 5/8” hose
Advance auto 4”x6” but same concept.
