besides having a 73 scamp i also own an 08 sebring convertable.
the rear bumper has a " dimple" that i want to take out of the bumper skin
do i have to remove the whole rear bumper assembly to get to the skin or can i just remove the skin and leave the bumper assembly on the car ?
