Mopar Frost Blue

First question is, is my car "frost blue"???
Original paint code was FF1 light green metallic but po repainted god knows when. ..



Second question is, if it is frost blue, can I get touch up paint and or rattle can paint?

Take the car to a paint dealer and they can take a picture of the paint with a special camera that will allow them to match the paint in a rattle can.
