I'll probably use the sets I have on a drag car with no fender wells and the master cylinder behind the firewall. I like them because they seal better then fabricated aluminum style when taking them off and on for valve adjustment.I have a pending deal on a set of the studs, thanks for the replies.
I understand that bolts ultimately may be easier but it's worth it to me to see how the studs go. I can always get bolts if the studs are too much of a hassle.
These wide valve covers are cool and all but they are kind of a PITA.
Reverse flange are a must on some small block heads with 1.5 rockers to notch for pushrod clearance. 1.6 rockers get closer to the shaft and standard covers can be used.
