This is a 284/284 .528 lift solid cam. I had it in my 410 for about 400 miles. I live at Carson city, NV. It doesn't have enough torque at altitude with big port heads and 3.23 gears. It is the second of this grind in one of my motors. It's works good at sea level with 3.55 or 3.91 gears in a 360. Nice lope for cruising the drive ins. It pushed my 9:1 318 to 14.52 and 98 MPH at Bakerfield with 3.55 gears. I have marked all the lifters and will include some assembly lube. Check me out, I don't sell junk.
