I am new to this site and the old mopar world and glad to have found it! Question to you is, are you able to ship large items? if so, how much are you selling the 440 or 383 w/ 727 trans.? I just bought a 71 duster 318 and want to upgrade it to a larger engine? what you recommend?

489 is the gear ratio (Drag race gear) posi unit both tires spin, its the good 3rd member, rear end is 8 3/4

8 3/4 pumpkins come in 3 different types.. 741, 742, and 489. I think he meant what gearing is it.

If you would like to stay with a small block I'll sell the 340 motor It's 40 over, steel crank, factory rods, Arias Pistons, comp solid cam, comp double valve springs, comp roller rockers, Manley (oversized) valves 1.60/ 2.08, manley push rods, 8-quart oil pan, I keep my intake and carb, valve covers, starter, alternator, Headers $3500.00
