I had a blast Saturday at Raceway Park, went five rounds in the B3 12 second trophy class. A lot of great cars and friendly people having fun. I somehow managed to win on the tree the first four rounds. My strategy was to dial in 0.1 quicker than what I think it will do and then just run it flat out. Don't lift unless I am way ahead. In the final I ran against a real pro. We had just filled a NO2 bottle and it was still hot. Since it runs way rich we used it. With an extra 200 PSI in the bottle, I ended up spinning the tires and couldn't catch him. I did pick up an extra three MPH. Next time I will come with two full bottles. Still we got a runner up trophy and a picture in Raceway Park News. I put the videos on youtube.com. Search Vance Hanlon and they pop up.
