November in Minnesota: They’re going to have to pull this steering wheel off my very cold dead hands… until they start putting salt on the roads.
Don’t wait too long! One of the neighbors works for Sherburne County in the maintenance facility in Elk River, and he said their rigs are ready to go.
Then again, you’re in St. Paul, so you probably have some time!

Yes, ironically the lanes no longer exist, much like the fall colors.

Nice! I missed that, thanks. I work for an HVAC Contractor, and since I’ve gotten used to looking only looking 2-3 days ahead so I can gauge my upcoming workload, a week out is just too far head for me.
Lightly snowing here right now (9:52 Sunday AM), and while winter is inevitable, I’ll gladly take another 60* weekend!

she is fine looking ....60 yrs of nasty winters from upstate ny to nw montana....i had my fill..6 mo of good ride weather if your lucky..got old....now a wake up to beautiful blue sky shorts and a tee...having coffiee on the patio...most all yr long....for me...cooped up all winter looking out was....well depressing...feeding the wood stove was a job i no longer wanted to do...but i did still like going into the woods and falling/cutting/spliting 5-7 cord every sept....cutting and putting up 10 ton of hay..naah dont miss it...crap ice roads and salt..naah dont miss....the colors and the mountins had here value...but i dont miss anything but killing 1 elk every year and putting good meat in the freezer....now i have red snaper and fresh gulf of america shrimp!!!! ''good trade'''

Still squeezin' a little more out of the cruising season here in Minnesota. Not bad for mid-November! Facing into the approaching sunset.
Looking good Doug! I might get mine out tomorrow for a little cruise. Chance of rain here the rest of the week. You never know when your last cruise of the year will be.
